Motivation is great isn't it?! That extra energy you find you get up early, come to training, eat healthy... having lots of motivation makes it much easier to continue in the pursuit of your goals!

So, what happens on the days when you wake up and just struggle to find this motivation?

Yes the accountability we provide on the programme will help ensure you don't fall off and continue working to be the healthiest, fittest and best version of yourself!

However, we must also learn to be disciplined. It is natural to have days where we struggle to find that internal motivation and that is where we must rely on our self-discipline!

A quote that's worth remembering is - "It's the days when the body aches, the desire is low, you feel tired and you feel weak... those are the days when champions train."
